I had an issue with my order and it took a few days for support to get back to me. To be fair, they did eventually fix the problem, but I had to follow up more than once, which was frustrating. For the price and overall experience, I expected better communication.

Room was fine. Mostly clean. Bathroom corners could’ve used more scrubbing.

Had a solid day at Silver Mt. The lift lines looked a little long when we got there, but the crew kept things moving better than I expected and everyone was friendly.

One guy helped my kid get settled without making it a whole thing, which I appreciated. The lifts ran smooth and we didn’t hit any weird delays, so any big wait would’ve felt avoidable with how on top of it they were. I’d go back

I stayed here for a quick trip, and it was just okay. The room was clean enough, which I appreciated, but the bed was hard and the walls were THIN, I could hear more than I wanted to. The heating worked fine, so no big issue there. It wasn’t a terrible stay by any means, just not the most comfortable. I’d say it’s fine for one night, but for a longer stay I’d probably look somewhere else

Booking on silvermt.com was easy enough. Check-in dragged a bit, and the info wasn’t super clear. It all worked out, but yeah, could be smoother

We went with our kids for a family trip, it ended up being such an easy, enjoyable weekend. Some places feel hectic when you’re trying to manage kids, but this one was simple to get around and never felt stressful.

From our experience, there was plenty to keep the kids busy, and the staff really stood out. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and patient, which made things feel a lot smoother for us as parents.

The rooms and shared areas were clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. We left feeling like it was definitely worth the trip, and we’d happily go back again for another family break.

I skied Silver a few times this winter, the terrain is the main reason I’d keep going back. From what I saw, it’s the kind of mountain that probably stays fun for a lot of different skiers since there’s a good mix of groomers, trees, and some steeper little pockets. It never really felt repetitive after just a couple runs. A few spots were bumped up, but still fun to work through, and the snow seemed to hold up nicely in the trees. It’s not some super fancy resort vibe, just really solid mountain skiing.

We had a really good time because there were so many different activities available. From our experience, it made a big difference having plenty of options since everyone in our group found something they actually enjoyed. Nobody was bored, and it felt easy to just relax and have fun.

The instructor showed up late, and once we got started it felt like everything was being rushed to make up for lost time. I felt kind of pressured to keep up, even though I still needed help, and they weren’t really that helpful when I had questions

The maintenance here is average . It does the job, but I do feel like things could be a little cleaner overall .

The food tasted really fresh, and the drinks came out nice and cold. Everything was simple but done really well, i don’t have any complaints. It’s the kind of place that leaves you feeling happy and satisfied afterward...

We got our waterpark tickets through silvermt.com and, uh, overall it was a really good day. The kids had a blast on the slides and in the wave pool, and the staff were friendly. It did start getting crowded later on, and the locker area was a bit messy, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d definitely go again, just probably a little earlier next time.

The prices seemed fair to me... not exactly the cheapest option out there, but for what you get, it feels worth it.

I had a really good time out there today because the snow was fresh and soft, which makes such a big difference. There wasn’t any of that hard icy stuff where you feel like you’re sliding more than actually riding, so it just felt way easier and more enjoyable the whole time...

Overall, the visit was smooth. Parking was easy and we found a spot quickly, plus it wasn’t a long walk, which really helped since my mom walks a bit slow. Getting around was simple too, with clear paths and no major issues. The only thing that bothered me was one awkward interaction where I felt brushed off, a quick apology would’ve gone a long way. Aside from that, it made the trip a lot less stressful, and I’d probably go back.

I’ve rented gear from them twice now and both times everything worked fine. Pickup was easy overall, no real hassle. The only thing was I wasn’t totally sure where to go at first for pickup — did anyone else have that same issue?
